New update for Outriders!

Outrider’s most recent update has buffs for everyone: Pyromancers, Tricksters, Technomancers and Devastators.

A number of bugs have been fixed, one of them being unexpected crashes, and improvements made to weapon accuracy and subtitles that were out of sync.
