Update 7.32 is here

Today's patch comes with Update 7.32, which includes economy changes, map adjustments, new and reworked hero abilities, updated talents, shards and scepters, plus Neutral items. Meanwhile, The International regional qualifiers are approaching, which will take place from September 3 to 18.
